Who We Are
Rosen LTC is a Charleston based litigation technology and digital forensics firm supporting attorneys and legal teams nationwide.
The team works at the intersection of trial presentation, computer and mobile forensics, electronic discovery, litigation graphics, video preparation, and in court evidence presentation. Their role is to help legal teams make complex technical evidence clear, organized, and usable.
Led by Alex Rosen, Rosen LTC has supported more than 250 trial teams with the effective presentation of evidence to judges and juries. John W. Akerman brings both legal and technical experience to the team, including work in computer and mobile forensics, electronic discovery, litigation graphics, and trial presentation technologies. He is also a Certified Computer Examiner and holds a South Carolina Bar License.
Every matter has different technical demands. Rosen LTC adapts its support to the case, whether the legal team needs forensic collection, electronic discovery support, litigation video preparation, trial technology, courtroom presentation, or support for proceedings outside the courtroom.

Alex Rosen
Founder - Litigation Technology ConsultantAlex Rosen is a litigation technology consultant with decades of experience supporting attorneys and trial teams in high-stakes matters. He has helped more than 250 trial teams nationwide present evidence clearly and effectively to judges and juries. Known for his steady presence and practical approach, Alex works to integrate seamlessly into the legal team, providing as much or as little support as needed while staying ready to anticipate challenges before they arise.
His experience includes trial presentation, litigation support, video editing, presentation development, and technical support. In addition to courtroom work, Alex also supports arbitration, mediation, depositions, jury research exercises, witness preparation sessions, and bar presentations.
John Akerman
Partner - Attorney and ConsultantJohn W. Akerman is an attorney and consultant with Rosen Litigation Technology Consulting, where he has worked since 2007. His background combines legal training with deep technical experience in computer and mobile forensics, electronic discovery, litigation graphics, and trial presentation technologies. He is a Certified Computer Examiner and holds a South Carolina Bar License.
John helps legal teams navigate the technical side of litigation with clarity and precision. His work focuses on connecting complex evidence and technology issues to the practical needs of attorneys, helping teams collect, organize, prepare, and present digital evidence in a way that supports the case.
